Foundation for support of children with severe life-threatening and chronic diseases, including rare (orphan) diseases (“Circle of Good” or “Fund”) was established by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation in 2021.

On 23.06.2021 the Federation Council approved the Law on Convertible Loan. After the law is signed by the President of the Russian Federation, it will enter into force within 10 days.

On 01.09.2021 Federal Law No. 174-FZ  dd 11.06.2021 (the Law) enters into force.

On March, 2021 the US Department of Commerce has imposed sanctions on Russian suppliers of medical devices and equipment due to suspicion of developing chemical weapons.

The Draft Law № 912458-7 “On amendments to the part four of the Russian Civil Code” has passed through the third reading in the State Duma on 25 May 2021. The Draft Law implements article 1360.1 to part four of the Russian Civil Code.

The draft law “On amendments to Federal Law “On drugs circulation” had been already amended with a provision on the creation of a unified Register of pharmacologically active substances in 2019.

The Russian President approved Law No. 107-FZ “On amendments to art. 1360 of the 4^th part of the Russian Civil Code”(“Law”) on 30 April 2021.

Currently the Draft Law No. 992331-7 is considered by the Russian Federation State Duma. Perhaps it is the most anticipated document in the field of personal data since the proposed changes in 152-FZ are designed to reduce the number of pain points for both operators and consultants in the information protection sphere.
