We invite you to a webinar on antitrust risks for pharmaceutical companies when setting prices for medicinal products.

On May 26, Moscow will host the XVII Antitrust Forum — the flagship event in Russian competition law. The forum is traditionally held with the support of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS Russia) and the Association of Antimonopoly Experts (AAE). This year’s main theme is competition in the digital economy.

Lidings is an official partner of the forum and is organising a special session: “Pharmaceuticals & Antitrust: The Fight for Fair Competition Amid Economic Challenges.”

April 9^th,2026 annual conference Pharmaceuticals – 2026: Legal Issues will take place in Moscow organized by Pravo.ru. Lidings lawyers take an active part in the event’s program.

As a strategic partner of the conference, we aimed to make the program rich and actual. Together with pharmaceutical industry experts and lawyers, we will discuss how the market has changed in 2025 and what awaits us in 2026.

On January 16, 2026, as part of the Lidings Global – Indian Desk project, the expert webinar "Opportunities for Indian Medical Device Manufacturers in the Russian Market" took place. The event was organized by Lidings in cooperation with the Association of Indian Manufacturers of Medical Devices (AiMeD) and the LexCounsel Law Offices. The webinar was designed exclusively for AiMeD member companies, targeting senior management, specialists from manufacturing firms, and industry experts.

On April 11, 2024, in Moscow, the annual Pravo.ru conference "Pharmaceuticals – 2024: Legal Issues" will take place. Lidings lawyers traditionally take an active part in the event’s program.

As a strategic partner of the conference, we have endeavored to make the program as comprehensive and useful as possible. Together with experts from the pharmaceutical industry and legal experts, we will discuss current issues in industry regulation, legislative changes, market access, government procurement, and distribution. We will also touch upon marketing and promotion issues, as well as discuss strategies for protecting intellectual property.

Lidings’ managing partner Andrey Zelenin will take part in the round table discussion Pharmaceutical Industry in International Trade: Challenges and Prospects organized by ICC Russia.

Lidings’ managing partner, Head of the pharmaceuticals and healthcare industry practice and partner in bankruptcy and restructuring practice of the Firm Alexander Popelyuk will speak at the annual conference entitled Pharma – 2020: Pricing, Labeling, Intellectual Property and Legal Risks. The event organized by Pravo.ru will take place in Moscow on October 27th, 2020 at the Marriott Royal Aurora hotel.

Eurasian Virtual Pharmaceutical Summit will take place on October 14-21, 2020. Lidings’ managing partner Andrey Zelenin and partner of the Firm’s Intellectual Property practice Boris Malakhov will speak at the event.

July 10th 2020, Julia Kuzmenko, Associate in Lidings’ Corporate and M&A practice, will take part in a 3rd Annual Conference on Compliance Enforcement in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The event is organized by MBS Agency and this year will take place in online format.
