Federal Law No. 347-FZ dated July 2, 2021, has created new obligations for advertisers, advertising distributors, and operators of advertising systems.

The new version of the Draft Law “On external administration to manage a company” (Draft Law) dated 12th April 2022 was introduced to the State Duma. 

The Draft Law was significantly revised, especially in part of the scope of application and the procedure of the external administration implementation. 

Specification of the information about the license is not required directly in the advertising of medical activities that are subject to licensing. Verification of the presence of relevant documents is carried out at the request of the advertising distributor in accordance with article 13 of the Law on advertising. The advertiser, in turn, shall provide reports, including information about the availability of a license, mandatory certification and state registration.

The State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted the Law¹ in the third reading which provides the opportunity to require early termination of leases for tenants affected by the deteriorating economic situation resulting from the spread of a new coronavirus infection. The final version of the Law in this part has undergone multiple fundamental changes.

This refers to the fast track registration and conduct of clinical trials, which is valid until January 1, 2021 and is worked out for medical drugs potentially effective in the fight against COVID-19.

Now parties can add up the idea of how to exercise the right to defer debt repayment under lease agreement.

The Moscow Mayor Decree dd 04.04.2020 No. 39-UM “On amendments being made to the Moscow Mayor decree dd 05.03.2020 No. 12-UM” (“Mayor Decree”) stipulates a number of amendments.

Deputies of the State Duma adopted the Law “On making amendments to certain legal acts of the Russian Federation on the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations” in terms of regulating relations arising in connection with the need for emergency response to calls related to the spread of coronavirus infection (“Law”).
