Lidings takes high positions in the new rating of the leading legal advisors in Russia based on the analytical research held annually by the “Kommersant” newspaper.

On 8 March 2022, Federal Law No. 46 “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” entered into full force and effect, suggesting considerable changes in regulations and intellectual property in the pharmaceutical sphere.

Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission considered amendments to the Agreement on Uniform Principles and Rules for Circulation of Medical Devices (Medical Devices and Medical Equipment) from 23 December 2014 regarding prolongation of national registration till 31 December 2022.

On 28 October 2021, the Russian Constitutional Court passed a decision in which it examined Art. 110 para. 1 of the Russian Commercial (Arbitrazh) Procedure Code for compliance with the Constitution and clarified when right holders shall not reimburse legal costs to a defendant if the court reduced the compensation.
