New version of art. 1360 of the Russian Civil Code

Since 1 March 2021, the Pharmaceutical Register of the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) is available on the official website of the Eurasian Patent Office. The Register contains information on Eurasian patents protecting active substances of drugs.
A new procedure on medical devices import for their further registration in Russia1 will enter into force from 1 January 2021.
18 September 2020 the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (the FAS) published the full decisions on cases No. 1-14-163/00-08-18 and 1-14-164\00-08-18. According to the decisions, Daimler AG and KYB Corporation breached art. 14.8 of the Russian Antitrust law by committing acts of unfair competition.
4 September 2020 the Russian Ministry of Justice registered the Order No. 5527 of Roszdravnadzor dd. 29 June 2020, approving criteria for evaluating the information, publication of which may result in a website inclusion in the register of prohibited websites and its blocking. The Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (Roszdravnadzor) renders such a decision.
The new rules on the medicines interchangeability No. 1360 (hereinafter – the Rules) enacted by the Russian Government have entered into force on 9 September 2020.
16 May 2020 the Russian Government enacted the rules on online sales and delivery of medicines (the Rules). According to the Rules, online sales of medicines are allowed. The exceptions are: RX medicines, narcotic and psychotropic medicines, and medicines containing more than 25% ethyl alcohol.
