Lidings’ Dispute Resolution practice Partner Alexander Popelyuk will speak at the seminar entitled An Update on Recent English and Russian Law Developments organized by the British-Russian Law Association (BRLA). The event will take place on May 14th 2019 at the Four Seasons hotel in Saint-Petersburg and will coincide with the International Legal Forum.

On March 15th 2019 Lidings has conducted its traditional Spring Legal Brunch for its clients and partners. The meeting devoted to the Topical Issues of Employment Law took place at Lotte hotel in Moscow and gathered over 30 attendees — representatives of large Russian and international companies.

Lidings’ Dispute Resolution practice partner Alexander Popelyuk will speak at the international conference dedicated to business’ security entitled Counteracting Corporate Fraud. FORENSIC, scheduled to take place in Minsk on 4-5 of April, 2019.

Lidings’ Dispute Resolution practice partner Alexander Popelyuk will act as arbitrator in the International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition — 2019. The event will take place on 2-3 of April at the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).

Lidings’ partner of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice Alexander Popleyuk will take part in conference dedicated to the subsidiary liability issues in Russia organized by Pravo.ru. The event entitled Subsidiary Liability: Current Issues and Court Practice will take place in Moscow on March 26th at Marriott Royal Aurora Hotel.

Lidings traditionally supports 10th Moscow pre-moot for the Willem C. Vis Moot Competition annually taking place in the Russian capital on the dawn of spring. This year’s event is scheduled to take place on March 22-24 traditionally hosted by the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Partner of the dispute resolution practice at Lidings Alexander Popelyuk will speak at the FinLegal-2019 Conference: Litigation, Bankruptcy and Subsidiary Liability in the Financial Sector, organized by the Banking Review Magazine. The event is scheduled to take place on March 14th 2019 in Moscow and will gather lawyers of major Russian and international companies and experts of the leading national and international law firms to discuss relevant issues of dispute resolution and court practice in the sector of banking and finance.

Partner of the bankruptcy and restructuring practice at Lidings Alexander Popelyuk, Senior Associate of corporate and M&A practice Anton Novoseltsev and Associate of dispute resolution practice of the firm Anastasia Skovpen will take part in the 5th Student Law Forum at the Kutafin’s Moscow State Law Academy (MSLA). The event traditionally will take place at the University’s main building on 6-8 December, 2018.
