The Antimonopoly Service (FAS) expressed its position on its website regarding organic integration on the Internet and informed when the requirements for advertising on the Internet can be applied to the integration.

Starting from November 4, 2022, a new ground for employment termination has been added to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation – the employer's conscription for military service on mobilization. This ground is included in Article 83 of the Labor Code, which provides for cases of termination of an employment contract by reason of circumstances which are beyond the parties' control.

In October 2022, the European Commission approved the eighth package of sanctions against Russia. Among other restrictions it established a ban on the provision of legal services to Russian companies. A few weeks later, on October 24, the European Commission published answers to frequently asked questions including explanations as to what kind of legal services fall under the ban and whether the extension of sanctions to this sphere does not entail restrictions on the right to protection.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade approved new amendmends to the Decree on goods admissible for parallel import. That is the 4^th edition of this Decree.

Procedural codes are amended so that powers of prosecutor are extended. These amendments come into force on 18^th October 2022. These changes, among others, reflect new realities connected with the economic sanctions against Russia.
