JULIA KUZMENKO – Counsel

Julia specializes in commercial and contract law, structuring and supporting M&A transactions, as well as issues related to the application of antitrust legislation and competition protection. Her focus includes advising Russian and international pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers on advertising and promotion of medicinal products, nuances of contract and corporate law, and compliance with antitrust regulations. Largely thanks to Julia’s efforts, corporate and M&A practice, antitrust law practice, and the pharmaceuticals and healthcare sector have been recognized as leading on the Russian market by the Pravo-300 and Kommersant ratings. Individually, Julia has been distinguished in the field of pharmaceuticals and healthcare by the Pravo-300 rating.
