On August 4, 2023 was published the Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade from 21.07.2023 No. 2701, which approved a new list of goods for parallel import.
The Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of 19.04.2022 No. 1532 and the decrees that amended this Decree shall no longer be in force.
It should be noted that the new Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is, in fact, the 8th edition of the list of goods for parallel import.
The list of goods authorized for import without consent of right holders consists of goods of the following brands:
- glasses: Adidas, Alexander McQueen, Armani Exchange. Balenciaga, Boss, Bottega veneta. Burberry, BVLGARI, Calvin Klein.
- batteries and accumulators: Duracell, Maxell, Pleomax, Varta
- components for pipelines, boilers and tanks: Pries, Hydac
- industrial equipment: Avanti, Bomag, Metso, Metso Outotec
Certain brands (e.g. Vestas, HETRONIC, Canon, Fujifilm, Sony) were added to other commodity groups of EAEU CN of FEA.
Some brands were excluded from the list: BONDERITE, Schneider Electric, U.S. POLO ASSN. Consequently, import of such goods into the Russian Federation is possible only with the consent of the right holder.
The new Decree No. 2701 will enter into force on November 4, 2023.
