Associate of the Lidings’ Intellectual Property practice Anastasia Skovpen will take part in a seminar entitled Trade Marks: Registration and Protection Strategy, including on the Internet organized jointly by Statut Law School and IP CLUB. The event will take place on 5-6 of June 2018 at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).
Anastasia Skovpen specializing on dispute resolution and legal representation in all cases of infringement of intellectual property rights particularly focused on trademark infringements will make a special presentation on «Untraditional» Trade Marks: Sounds, Scents, Colors, Tastes. In her report she will also talk about early cessation of trade marks.
