April 9th,2026 annual conference Pharmaceuticals – 2026: Legal Issues will take place in Moscow organized by Pravo.ru. Lidings lawyers take an active part in the event’s program.
As a strategic partner of the conference, we aimed to make the program rich and actual. Together with pharmaceutical industry experts and lawyers, we will discuss how the market has changed in 2025 and what awaits us in 2026.
Natalya Thotahewage, Counsel at Lidings, Head of the Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare Industry Practice, will moderate Session 2: "Pharmaceutical Production 2026: Product Quality in the Spotlight. Sanctions, Tax and Regulatory Risks". During the session, Natalya will also deliver a report on "Localization of Production for Public Procurement Purposes".
Alina Smakova, Associate at Lidings, will speak at Session 3: "Personal Data and Critical Information Infrastructure: Advice for the Industry on Using IT Infrastructure" with a report on "Digitalization of Pharmaceuticals: AI, Big Data, Clinical Trials and Online Commerce".
The conference program also includes a special practical session dedicated to the pharmaceutical product journey: from development to market entry internationally in 2026. During the discussion, session participants will break into teams and, under the guidance of moderators, build a pathway for bringing a drug to market.
