Lidings’ Dispute Resolution practice partners Stepan Guzey and Alexander Popelyuk together with the firm’s Managing Partner, head of the practice, Andrey Zelenin, will act as arbitrators in the International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition — 2018 that will take place within the 5th Moscow Legal Forum. The event is scheduled on 3-4 of April at the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).
Co-Organized by Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE), taking place third year in a row, the moot competition is aimed at helping participants, young representatives of the profession, to develop practical skills of preparing, presenting and defending legal position in courts, as well as public speaking skills.
Lidings pays great attention to organizing, participating and supporting multiple educational legal programs for students and young professionals. Firm’s lawyers regularly run lectures, interactive master-classes and seminars, act as arbitrators of different students’ moot court competitions in Russia and abroad, as well as training the participating student’s teams, and run law studies for high school students.
