Lidings Dispute Resolution practice partner Stepan Guzey will take part in an international conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes hosted by American Bar Association (ABA) on September 27th in Moscow.
The top event devoted to the resolution of commercial disputes, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, will traditionally become the meeting place for the leading international arbitration and dispute resolution experts from around the world.
The meeting will take place at the Radisson Royal Hotel bringing together Russian and American judicial authorities, arbitrators of international arbitration institutions, legal experts representing prominent Russian and international law firms, and in-house corporate counsels.
Lidings annually supports the event, taking an active part in development of the program. Partner Stepan Guzey, a recognized dispute resolution and international arbitration expert, will take part in one of the interactive roundtables dedicated to Pursuing assets abroad in cross-border insolvency and judgment enforcement proceedings, acting as a speaker.
