Lidings’ partner, head of the bankruptcy and restructuring practice at Lidings Stepan Guzey will take part in conference dedicated to the bankruptcy issues in Russia organized by Pravo.ru.
The event entitled Bankruptcy-2018: Regulation and Court Practice will take place in Moscow on June 19th at Marriott Royal Aurora Hotel. The main focus of the conference is the impact of the court practice on the main conceptual problems of the institution of bankruptcy in Russia. During the meeting, invited experts will analyze the most precedent cases and present their positions on the merits of these disputes.
