Partner of Lidings’ dispute resolution practice Stepan Guzey will act as an expert at the annual conference International Disputes and Asset Recovery Involving Former Soviet Union Parties scheduled to take place in London on 28 and 29 of January 2020.
The event is annually organized by C5 Global Communications and is aimed at bringing together leading international dispute resolution experts to provide them with an excellent opportunity to communicate informally and share expertise. Stepan will take part in the session entitled Resolving Cross-border Restructuring and Bankruptcy Disputes Involving an FSU Element. He will make a special presentation on recognition and enforcement of foreign bankruptcy in Russia also covering some particularities of bankruptcy in the country.
