On 11–12 September, Sochi hosted the anniversary 10th Congress of Medical Device Industry Participants, organized by the LUSOMI Association.
Lidings Counsel and Head of Regulatory Practice Julia Kuzmenko gave a presentation titled “How to Build an Effective Barrier Against the Illegal Circulation of Medicines, Medical Devices and Dietary Supplements.”
The presentation examined why, in 2026, tools for combating illegal circulation have become especially relevant, what regulatory barriers exist and how they can be overcome. Julia shared her experience and reviewed the most topical cases.
