Dmitry Kirillov, Partner at Lidings and Head of the Tax and Customs Practice and the Digital Law Practice, will take part in the ICC Russia conference "Crypto & Trade Finance 2026," dedicated to trade finance instruments and alternative mechanisms for cross-border settlements. The event will be held on 20 October 2026 in Moscow.
Dmitry will speak in Session I, "The Legal Fairway: Digital Assets Between Experiment and Market," with a presentation titled "New Crypto Market Regulation for Foreign Trade: A Help or a Hindrance?"
The main focus is on how the changing regulation of digital assets affects foreign trade settlements, which tools can already be used in practice, and where regulatory and infrastructural constraints remain for businesses.
