Partner and Head of the Lidings’ Intellectual Property practice Boris Malakhov will take part in an annual conference entitled Intellectual Property - 2025 organized by Pravo.ru. The conference will take place on 21 November 2025 in Baltschug Kempinski.
The event is a designed platform traditionally bringing together government authorities, business representatives and leading legal experts for discussion of the current legislative framework in the field of IP and important recent and expected trends in development of IP protection mechanisms.
Boris Malakhov, an expert in protecting the interests of Lidings' clients in intellectual property rights litigation, particularly in patent disputes, will participate in a discussion session on compulsory licensing and patent strategies. He will present on the topic: “How global practices in export compulsory licensing are evolving and what opportunities they open for Russian businesses?”
