  • Is it possible to strike a balance between national security and the desire to attract new foreign investment?

  • Do foreign investors need new mandatory criteria and requirements to guarantee that they can operate in Russia?

  • What legal opportunities are there to protect Russian investors abroad from direct and indirect sanctions?

  • Is the sanctions law the new legal regulator of the economy?

  • What legal mechanisms does Russia have to overcome scientific, economic, and technological isolation?
