On November 7, 2024, Lidings held a round table discussion " Launch of Medicines and Pharmaceutical Substances in Russian and Indian Markets" as part of the business program of the Forum "Under One Sun: Russia-India. Business and Culture ", which took place in Delhi, November 6 - 8, 2024.

Highlights of the event in our overview.

On 6-8 November 2024 the international forum “Under One Sun: Russia-India. Business and Cultur” will take place in Delhi, India withing the 100th anniversary of the Russian Association for International Cooperation. The event is organized on the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Trade Mission in India with the support of Lidings as a co-organizer of the business discussion.

During the forum on November 7 Lidings will hold a special round table “Launch of Medicines and Pharmaceutical Substances in Russian and Indian Markets” moderated by Lidings’ partner Boris Malakhov and counsel Natalya Thotahewage.

On 15 October, Lidings hosted a webinar for its clients to break down the legal aspects of critical information infrastructure (CII) security, focusing on the regulation applicable to the pharmaceutical and chemical (Pharma and FMCG) and healthcare industries.

On May 14, in Moscow, Lidings held PHARMAtory - a traditional event for representatives of the pharmaceutical industry, where we discuss the most topical issues of the industry. This year the meeting took place during the Semashko Russian Pharmaceutical Forum in St. Petersburg (May 14 - 15).

Saint Petersburg will yet again host Semashko Russian Pharmaceutical Forum, a major event covering key aspects of the Russian pharmaceutical regulation. As a long-standing tradition, Lidings takes part in the Forum and supports the event as a partner.  This year, Lidings supports the online broadcast of this large-scale event.

On April 19, Moscow hosted the largest conference in the field of ophthalmology “Ophthalmology 360°. Health care, marketing, digitalization, law", which brought together leading industry experts: practicing ophthalmologists, representatives of regulatory bodies in the field of health care, specialists in the field of medical law and marketing.

On April 11, 2024, in Moscow, the annual Pravo.ru conference "Pharmaceuticals – 2024: Legal Issues" will take place. Lidings lawyers traditionally take an active part in the event’s program.

As a strategic partner of the conference, we have endeavored to make the program as comprehensive and useful as possible. Together with experts from the pharmaceutical industry and legal experts, we will discuss current issues in industry regulation, legislative changes, market access, government procurement, and distribution. We will also touch upon marketing and promotion issues, as well as discuss strategies for protecting intellectual property.

Lidings’ dispute resolution practice partner Stepan Guzey will take part in the Corporate Counsel Association Conference (RCCA) dedicated to successful resolution of different types of disputes and practical advises from experiences litigators. The event will take place 16 September 2021 in Moscow.

Lidings’ managing partner Andrey Zelenin heading the firm’s Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare industry practice and partner Boris Malakhov, Head of the Intellectual Property practice of the firm, run a special webinar on the key market developments in the healthcare and life sciences sector in Russia.

August 27th, 2020 Lidings Managing Partner Andrey Zelenin and Associate Julia Kuzmenko will run a special master class dedicated to Legal Advice to Life Sciences Companies: Lawyer’s Knowledge and Capabilities as a part of the two-day educational programme of the Lomonosov Moscow State University entitled Summer Masters’ School (SMS). Becoming traditional this summer students’ event is scheduled on August 27–28 and this year will run in a Zoom format.
