On June 28, 2022 The Supreme Court adopted Resolution No. 21 of the Plenum “On Certain Issues of Application by Courts of the Provisions of Chapter 22 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of the Russian Federation and Chapter 24 of the Arbitration Procedural Code of the Russian Federation”, which clarified the rules for challenging decisions and actions of public authorities.

On 5 July 2022 the State Duma approved in the third reading a draft law No. 11662-8 “On amendments to art. 6 of the Federal Law “On trade secrets” and art. 45 of the Federal Law “On medicines circulation”, under which the Ministry of Industry and Trade will be granted access to trade secrets of medicines ьmanufacturing.
On June 29, the State Duma adopted the draft federal law “On control over the activities of persons under foreign influence” in the third reading.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade partially legalized parallel import in Russia by approving the Decree No. 1532 of 19 April 2022 “On goods admissible for parallel import, that shall not be restricted by art. 1359(6) and 1487 of the Civil Code” . The list includes well-known brands of cars, home equipment, smartphones, etc.
