On 28 December 2025, the President of the Russian Federation has signed Federal Law No. 514-FZ "On Amending the Federal Law 'On Limited Liability Companies' and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" (hereinafter, the "Law"), which introduces changes to the procedure for paying the actual value of a share in limited liability companies (hereinafter, the "LLC").

On 2 December 2025, the President of the Russian Federation has signed Decree No. 883 "On Supporting the Resettlement of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons, Who Represent Interests for the Russian Federation, and on the Features of Their Legal Status in the Russian Federation" (hereinafter – the "Decree") together with the Regulation "On the Procedure for Recognizing Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons as Representing Interests for the Russian Federation" (hereinafter – the "Regulation").

On December 5, 2025, the Bank of Russia announced the partial removal of previously established limits on foreign currency transfers abroad for Russian citizens and individuals who are non-residents from friendly countries. The relaxations came into effect on December 8, 2025.

On 17 November 2025, the Russian Ministry of Health published the Order No. 669n (hereinafter - the "Order") approving the procedure for healthcare professionals to prescribe dietary supplements when providing medical care to citizens.

On October 24, 2025, the Government of the Russian Federation submitted to the State Duma of the Russian Federation Draft Law No. 1050649-8 " On Amendments to the Federal Law "On Investment Partnerships "(hereinafter - the "IP Law") and Fundamentals of Legislation of the Russian Federation on Notaries" (hereinafter - the "Bill").

On 7 July 2025, the President of the Russian Federation has signed the Federal Law No. 186-FZ of 07.07.2025 “On Amendments to Article 21 of the Federal Law “On Limited Liability Companies" (hereinafter the “Law”), which provides for amendments to the Federal Law No. 14-FZ of 08.02.1998 “On Limited Liability Companies” (hereinafter the “LLC Law”) taking effect on 1 September 2025 regarding the possibility of excluding the pre-emptive right to purchase a share or a part thereof.

On 7 July 2025, the President of the Russian Federation has signed the Federal Law No. 186-FZ of 07.07.2025 “On Amendments to Article 21 of the Federal Law “On Limited Liability Companies" (hereinafter the “Law”), which provides for amendments to the Federal Law No. 14-FZ of 08.02.1998 “On Limited Liability Companies” (hereinafter the “LLC Law”) taking effect on 1 September 2025 regarding the possibility of excluding the pre-emptive right to purchase a share or a part thereof.

On June 24, 2025, the President of the Russian Federation signed Federal Law No. 178-FZ "On Amendments to Part One and Article 846 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation" ("Law"), which introduces amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation ("Civil Code"), allowing one legal entity to be the sole participant or shareholder of another company, even if both are having the sole person in it.

On November 20, 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade prepared a draft of amendments to the rules for providing access to information contained in state information monitoring system, approved by Government Decree No. 1955 dated 31.12.2019.

On November 22, 2024, the Government of the Russian Federation (the “Government”) approved Resolution No. 1607 dated November 22, 2024 (the “Resolution”) on the experiment in the territory of the Russian Federation to conduct monitoring of Russian manufacturers of goods which are subject to mandatory marking with means of identification using the state information monitoring system for the circulation of goods subject to mandatory marking with means of identification (the “Experiment”).
