Processing incoming requests from state authorities — Federal Antitrust Service, Rospotrebnadzor, Ministry of Transport, Federal Agency for Air Transport, Border Service of the Federal Security Service, Federal Customs Service, Federal Tax Service. Advising clients in relation to the nature of requests, drafting replies and retaliatory requests for information
Contractual work
Review of existing and pending agreements with agencies, airports, suppliers, partner airlines. Structuring and drafting documents (including complex agreements — client loyalty program participation agreement, joint marketing event agreement, etc.)
Employment and labour
Advising clients on various legal aspects of employment relations with both Russian and foreign employees of the client’s representative offices throughout Russia, court representation in labour disputes
Relationships with counterparties
Full-service legal representation of the client in meetings with counterparties, support during negotiations, and comprehensive legal review of written correspondence with counterparties upon client’s request
Tax planning
Analysis of applicable regulatory regimes and ongoing tax payments, elaboration and implementation of efficient tax planning strategies, liaising with tax agencies and counterparties on behalf of the client regarding calculation and processing of tax payments
Processing complaints and litigation
Processing all incoming customer claims, client representation in civil jurisdiction courts and Rospotrebnadzor agencies throughout Russia. Assisting clients in negotiations with counterparties (including agencies), collecting payable debts
Legal support in changing the airport of location
Full range of legal services in the case of transfer of flights to a different airport, including negotiating new and terminating previously concluded agreements and resolution of potential disputes with counterparties
