Nordic Partners has signed an agreement to acquire the food processing group Ham? – which represents the single largest acquisition by Nordic Partners group so far.

Ham? is one of the leading Czech food manufacturing companies producing durable and chilled products. Main activities include meat processing, tomato pur?e, fruits and vegetables. Ham?, offers the widest variety of pate, ready made foods, canned meat, pickled vegetables, vegetable salads, ketchups, sauces, marmalades, jams, stewed fruit, syrups, baby foods and sandwiches. Other products include number of chilled meat, vegetable a fruit products.

Lidings lawyers have accompanied the transaction on refinancing of credit obligations of Ham?. Within the limits of the contract the experts have checked and prepared the conditions of realization of the transaction concerning the Russian subsidiary of Hame group. Together with the creditors’ advisers they have prepared a package of documents which provided the smooth conclusion of contracts of refinancing.
