Lidings’ associate Dmitry Pavlov has participated in the seminar organized by the “Russian agency of small-sized and middle-sized enterprises”.

Dmitry made his presentation on the legislative benefits for small-sized and middle-sized enterprises in Russia. During his speech he concentrated on the questions connected with forms of small-sized and middle-sized enterprises, principles of participation in the chartered capital of SME, restrictions for such enterprises, tax regimes, accounting and benefits which small-sized and middle-sized enterprises are in the right to use.
