Experts of Lidings participated in the seminar “Cross-border co-operation between England & Wales and Russia – interim remedies and the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards” organized by British Embassy in Moscow in association with the British-Russian Law Association.

The participants of the seminar have discussed several questions connected with the process of enforcing foreign court judgments and foreign arbitral awards in England & Wales and Russia: principles, procedure and examples as well as peculiarities of the interim remedies in support of foreign litigation, its principles, procedure and the range of available remedies in England & Wales and Russia.
