Lidings’ partners Tatiana Bicheva and Andrey Zelenin took part in the IV Corporate Lawyers Forum, which was organized by Infor-media Russia. In the framework of the two days Forum special discussion plenary sessions concerning complicated situations and the most actual topics were held.

During the first day participants of the Forum have discussed the changes that crisis has brought in to the work. Tatiana Bicheva has made a presentation devoted to the changes in Federal Law «On Limited Liability Companies». Tatiana spoke about amending of by-laws of limited liability companies, process of exiting such companies, new obligations and new possibilities of the LLC.

On the second day of the Forum experts analyzed features of legal department functioning during the corporate conflict. Andrey Zelenin has made a speech concerning the differences in corporate culture of Russian and foreign companies during emerging and in the process of solving corporate disputes.
