Partner of Lidings Andrey Zelenin took part in the 4^th Annual summit «Outsourcing: strategy of an effective management and manufacture», conducted by Infor-Media Russia.

The topic of Andrey Zelenin’s report was «Legal regulation of outsourcing. New cases». In his presentation he focused on the typical legal risks at outsourcing, such as: claims of tax departments (concerning the income tax), default of the contract by the parties, disputes with the involved personnel, and disputes with labour inspection. Andrey concentrated on the ways to overcome such risks as well.
