Lidings’ Partner Stepan Guzey has been elected to become a member of the Board of the Global Business Lawyer Alliance (GBL Alliance), a network of leading legal advisors Lidings has been an active member of since 2017. The appointment was announced at an Annual GBL Alliance Autumn Conference in Istanbul on October 3-4th 2019.
GBL Alliance unites leading law firms from Europe, CIS and Africa aimed at development of international contacts. As legal advisor to foreign businesses in Russia Lidings actively collaborates with GBL members from other countries enabling the firm’s clients to gain direct access to best legal experts in different parts of the world.
Stepan Guzey, heading the Lidings Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, an official representative of the firm in GBL Alliance, has been appointed as the member of the Board.
