Lidings continues to build business advisory practice with international facilities company ISS

Leading independent Russian law firm Lidings continues to strengthen its business advisory practice, having advised ISS, one of the world’s largest providers of facility services, on optimizing business procedures at its Russian subsidiary Facility Services Rus.

Following a thorough evaluation of the company’s internal business processes in Russia, a senior team from the firm’s Employment and Labor practice (led by Partner Tatiana Bicheva and supported by Associate Kristina Teplova) was able to develop a strategic plan to optimize all regulatory, employment, and other internal procedures throughout the Russian subsidiary.

Elena Lipskaya, General Director OOO Facility Services Rus, commented: “As well as advising on standard regulatory and employment issues, Lidings proved invaluable in assisting on working standards and quality of service – proving themselves a more than viable alternative to the international law firms.”

About ISS

Founded in Denmark in 1901, ISS is today one of the world's largest commercial providers of facility services, with more than 525,000 employees in 53 countries worldwide.
