Lidings represents the interests of Turkish Airlines in a consumer dispute

Lidings Law Firm advises Turkish Airlines in resolution of disputes with passengers of the airline.

Particularly, Lidings’ lawyers advised the Turkish carrier on the issues of air transport service regulations in Russia in a number of court proceedings and also represented the company during an audit by the Russian Federal Consumer Rights Protection Service (Rospotrebnadzor).

Lawyers of the corporate practice group Zakhar Polezhaev and Kristina Teplova have acted as representatives of the airline on behalf of Lidings. The project was led by Lidings’ partner Andrey Zelenin.
