Lidings advises Huawei Technologies on the restructuring of its business in Russia

Lidings Law Firm is consulting Chinese company Huawei Technologies - the world leader in the networking and telecommunications equipment development and production, on the issues of restructuring the company’s business in Russia.

The restructuring of the company’s business in Russia is a part of the major Huawei holding’s restructuring process which implies the consolidation of all types of the company’s business in Russia into one legal entity.
