Lidings announces the opening of the new office in Saint-Petersburg

Lidings, the Russian law firm, dedicated to advising foreign companies on all aspects of Russian law announces the opening of the new office in Saint –Petersburg.

Lidings’ head office is located in Moscow and the decision to open an additional office in Saint-Petersburg was made due to the firm’s dynamic growth and increase of the projects conducted by Lidings’ lawyers in that region.

Currently Lidings’ lawyers support construction of the factory of the largest Taiwanese IT Company in Saint-Petersburg and also represent interests of Great Britain’s geophysical company ARKeX in negotiations with the Saint-Petersburg’s Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Electropribor”.

“Saint-Petersburg is the second largest attraction center for international investments in Russia. Many of our clients are already working in Saint-Petersburg and by opening an office there we get an opportunity to provide them with an efficient and easily accessible legal support. Besides, we have significant plans to increase support of the companies coming from Scandinavian and Baltic States, because their presence is particularly noticeable in the North-Western region”, - Lidings’ partner Andrey Zelenin says.

Right now lawyers from the Moscow office are working in the Saint-Petersburg’s office providing assistance to the local employees and acquaint clients with the new staff of the firm. “Universities of the Northern Capital are known for the quality of the legal education and there will be no problem in recruiting new specialists in the future”,- Lidings partner Tatiana Bicheva says.

Lidings’ managing partner Sergey Aksenov has commented on this: “Actually, we have begun our expansion to the Russian regions. We will always follow our clients and serve their needs for qualified and efficient legal services throughout the Russian Federation”.
