Dmitry Gravin, Partner, Head of Banking and Finance Practice Group at Lidings’ Moscow office, has attended RBCC Breakfast Briefing “How will the change to the UK’s Credit rating be reflected in trade relations between the UK and Russia? Should this be any cause for concern for potential investors?”. The meeting, held jointly by the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce and HSBC took place at Marriott Royal Aurora Moscow on 19 March 2013.
For about 20 years of practice Dmitry has been acting for numerous Western banks, multilateral financial institutions and development banks as well as private companies doing business in Russia on a wide variety of Russian deals in different sectors. Dmitry was a speaker on a number of international legal conferences in Vienna, Sofia, London, New York etc. He is the author of various materials on Russian law published in Russia and abroad.
The seminar focused on changes in the credit rating of the United Kingdom and the possible implications for the Russian-British trade relations. Experts and guests shared their views on the list of measures required to improve the business climate in the current economic environment.
