Lidings Partner Stepan Guzey Takes Part in Round Table on Leading Arbitration Cases 2020: Different Perspectives

 

Lidings’ dispute resolution practice partner Stepan Guzey will take part in the online discussion Leading Arbitration Cases 2020: Different Perspectives. Joint event by ICC Russia and ICC United Kingdom will take place 17 February 2021 via Zoom platform.

 

Prominent arbitration and dispute resolution experts will gather to discuss the recent hottest issues in international arbitration. Stepan Guzey, partner in dispute resolution practice of Lidings, having a wide experience in conducting trials in Russian and international arbitration institutions, will take part in Session II: Enka v. Chubb devoted to the interaction between applicable laws/procedural laws in agreements and specific relevant provisions in arbitration clauses. The panelists will also compare the approach in UK and Russia.
