Lidings’ Partner Boris Malakhov Speaks at IP Protection Conference in Minsk


 
Partner of the Lidings’ Intellectual Property practice Boris Malakhov will take part in a conference on Modern Regulation of Intellectual Property and Licensing in the UE Countries scheduled to take place on 5-8 of June 2019 in Minsk.
 
The event is organized jointly by Russia Licensing Society (LES Russia), Chamber of Patent Attorneys, Belarus Association of Patent Attorneys and Belbrand Association. The conference is aimed to bringing up and discussing relevant issues of protecting intellectual property in the UE countries.
 
Boris Malakhov focused on dispute resolution and legal representation in all cases of infringement of intellectual property rights particularly involving pharmaceuticals and healthcare companies will make a special presentation on Protecting the Rights of Producers of Original Drugs to Pharmaceutical Patents in EEU and CIS Countries.
