Lidings’ Corporate and M&A practice Senior Associate Ksenia Stepanischeva will take part in a Russia-Asia Forum scheduled to take place November 1-2, 2016 in Moscow.
Forum is designed to promote strengthening and development of the international cooperation between Russia, the CIS and the Asian countries. Representatives of Russian and Asian government authorities, development institutions, financial and social entities, as well as representatives of different companies from both regions are invited to take part in the event’s program. Among the key topics planned for discussion, besides issues related to investments in Russia and attraction of Asian funds into the country, legal aspects of international cooperation will also be high on the agenda.
Ksenia Stepanischeva, having a great experience in providing legal advice to international businesses in Russia, including companies from the Asia-Pacific region, will make a special presentation on doing business with Asian companies. Particularly she plans to concentrate on recommendations on establishing business in Russia highlighting typical legal mistakes international investors make on the way.
