Bankruptcy Webinar from Lidings' Senior Associate Alexander Popelyuk

Senior associate of the dispute resolution practice at Lidings Alexander Popelyuk will conduct a seminar entitled Pressing Bankruptcy Issues in Reforming Conditions as part of the professional training course for lawyers organized by Corporate Lawyer Magazine.

Seminar webcasting will take place on July 29th from 11AM to 14:00PM Moscow time.

During a three-hour seminar Alexander Popelyuk, a prominent Russian dispute resolution expert with particular expertise in bankruptcy proceedings will concentrate on bankruptcy issues most relevant to legal entities and individuals and offer an overview of the recent changes in Russian Law on Bankruptcy, including bankruptcy procedure applicable to credit organizations.

Lidings’ lawyers annually contribute to the Corporate Lawyer Magazine’s initiative and share their professional expertise by conducting seminars as part of professional training courses organized by the magazine’s editorial team. In July of 2014 partner and co-head of the firm’s real estate and construction practice Sergey Patrakeev held a seminar on limited use of land plots.
