Lidings Partner will speak at the 5th ICC YAF Global Conference in London

Partner of the dispute resolution practice at Lidings Stepan Guzey will take part in the Fifth International Chambers of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum Global Conference. Traditionally such meetings are organized once in two years in of the largest arbitration centers in the world and this year the event’s participants will meet in one of the prestigious UK universities Queen Mary University of London on July 25th to 27th.

Centre for Commercial Law Studies located on the university’s campus will become a discussion platform for not only young arbitration lawyers, but renowned arbitrators, members of the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and fellow practitioners specializing in international arbitration: partners of the leading world’s known law firms and in-house counsels of major international companies interested in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

As envisaged by the event’s organizing committee the three-day program will include multiple sessions, round tables and skill-development workshops aimed at assisting participants of different level and background to have a live discussion and share expertise. Closing day of the program will entirely be  dedicated to Simultaneous Skill Development workshops including an exclusive master-class entitled “Preparing and Managing a Redfern Schedule” managed by renowned arbitration specialist and the author of the concept Mr. Alan Redfern himself. Stepan Guzey recognized dispute resolution specialist, a member of the ICC YAF Europe and Russia Chapter, will play the role of a reporter during this workshop. Together with a representative from Korea Mr. Kun-Hee Cho – Associate of the Kim & Chang law firm, member of the ICC YAF Asia will prepare minutes and short review of the tutor’s presentation.
