Lidings' Partner Sergey Kislov Speaks at a Bankruptcy Seminar Hosted by IRSOT

Partner of the dispute resolution practice at Lidings Sergey Kislov will take part in a legal seminar scheduled to take place at the Alfa Izmailovo hotel in Moscow on the 27th of July 2015. The event is organized by the Institute for Development of Modern Educational Technologies.

At a panel session entitled “Protecting company’s interests when its counterparty is bankrupt” renowned experts invited to contribute to the discussion will cover a wide range of topics including recent amendments to the bankruptcy legislation, interactions between debtor, bankruptcy commissioner and the bank, changes in the procedure for appointment of a bankruptcy commissioner, and other topical issues. Sergey Kislov will share his views on minimizing the risks for the counterparty and his practical experience about the most effective ways of dealing with a defaulting debtor.

Sergey Kislov is a seasoned Russian dispute resolution expert. He has extensive experience in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, as well as advising clients on corporate conflict prevention, business restructuring and sales of distressed asset.
