IV Corporate Lawyers Forum

Lidings’ partners Tatiana Bicheva and Andrey Zelenin took part in the IV Corporate Lawyers Forum organized by Infor-media Russia.

During a two day Forum, in the special discussion plenary sessions participants have discussed the changes that crisis has introduced into the lawyers’ practice.

Lidings’ partner Tatiana Bicheva has made a presentation devoted to the changes in Federal Law «On Limited Liability Companies». Tatiana spoke about necessity to amend the by-laws of limited liability companies, brought light to the new regulation of the exit process from such companies, described new obligations and new possibilities of the Limited Liability Companies.

On the second day of the Forum experts analyzed features of legal department functioning during a corporate conflict. Andrey Zelenin spoke about differences in corporate culture of Russian and foreign companies and how they affect the start of the conflict and the process of corporate disputes resolution.
