The first book in the trilogy «Fair Trial Through Eyes of ECHR» highlights the non-standard approach of the judges of the European Court to issues that, at first glance, can’t be questioned by any lawyer. But it turns out that the ECHR thinks differently. 

The book examines the precedents of the European Court, identifies trends and principles of decision-making in criminal matters. The second and third parts, in turn, will be devoted to civil law aspects and property issues.

The book is published by Kluwer Law International under the editorship of the Secretary General of the Russian Arbitration Association (the Russian version of the book is published by Russian Arbitration Association).

The textbook was prepared by a team of well-known Russian and foreign experts in dispute resolution and international arbitration and is currently by far the most extensive and relevant tutorial publication on international commercial arbitration covering various aspects of it published in Russian.

Lidings experts authored subsections on claims, arbitrability and bankruptcy.
